Choice International aims to develop and implement innovative projects and effective rights-based actions in the UK and overseas.

Our goal is to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged community members both in the UK and overseas.

We believe that whatever our differences may be, we all deserve a better quality of life!

For our initial UK projects, we are embarking on projects that will address Community Empowerment and Career Development. These projects will concentrate on the need to tackle all the strands of equality and in the process, offer integrated advice to ensure that people are well empowered to address all equality issues as an individual, community or organisation. We also provide career development opportunities for people who are passionate about equality and diversity, and are willing to build a career in equality and diversity or promote equality.

We will provide practical advice in tackling all equality and diversity issues. This will include among others addressing people who may feel they have been discriminated or treated unfairly at work or in service, providing advice and knowledge on grievance and disciplinary procedures that will make people aware of their rights or how to address it and manage it.

We offer comprehensive consultancy and advice services. Anti discriminative legislation and other best practice guidance and the recently passed Single Equality Bill in 2010 necessitates the importance and integration of all the different strands of equality such as: disability, sex, race, religion, age and all other grounds of promoting equality.
Using our team of experienced consultants, as well as our partnership with Challenge Life Ltd and other organisations and groups, we aim to continuously research and develop practices and techniques that are at the forefront of knowledge and innovation in relation to equality and diversity.

We offer various training services designed for anyone who is passionate, willing to develop and or promote Equality and Diversity. We will train and coach individuals from foundation level to become trainers and assist in their professional and personal self-development. We also further train trainers or facilitators who want to improve on their existing knowledge. We provide workshops, training and coaching sessions that help augment fresh and previously acquired knowledge to ensure people are well equipped to deliver as an equality and diversity trainer or facilitator. We take the time to effectively study their background and organisation to develop suitable training and coaching sessions that will be of benefit to people and their organisation.
We are aware that there are ambitious and/or highly skilled unemployed individuals who we are willing to recruit and train as Volunteer Trainee Advisors through the guidance of Volunteer Consultants. Thus, Volunteer Trainee Advisors will have an opportunity to move forward in pursuit of a career in equality and diversity. We would train all and any new Volunteer Trainee Advisors as well as offer continued support to all of them.

We research and develop practical, simplified and user friendly best practice resources, guidance and draft policies that will equip people with key legislations, codes of practice, informal guidance, and all-inclusive information in relation to the compliance and promotion of equality and diversity.

Many disadvantaged community members face barriers to integrate into the society.
Our organisation aims to provide pragmatic solutions for social and cultural community integrations, social justice, inclusion, equality and diversity and help individuals overcome any form of barriers which will lead to their integrating in to society.
These solutions and actions will address issues such as individuals with diverse equality issues and their ability to integrate into the community, organisational functions promoting not just one aspect of diversity, but all aspects.
